They have spent decades making the dire sacrifice for the promise of knowledge and power in order to pass the Kairic test of nine. The cultists live in secret, covertly waiting for the right time to strike while walking amongst the unsuspecting in disguise. When the time comes, they make themselves known by harnessing the collective magical might. Together the chanters of change unleash that collective magical might in the form of searing bolts. Enemies that do not fall before this arcane fusillade must face their curved blades.
